Hi Tom,
I packaged the launcher and owrti for today (just to keep track of it)
Launcher: is tested for interactions by using Chat 
OWRTI :   demos/chat1 : I have to reorganize the codeto be able
          reuse within the launcher and standalone mode.
That's the reason why owrti.0.0.5b1.zip
Directory:
  /project/iwt98/oldiwt98/iwt_worb/p/releases/launcher0.1b1.zip
  /project/iwt98/oldiwt98/iwt_worb/p/releases/owrti.0.0.5b1.zip
They are not very clean in any way right now!
For launcher, I have also a web page:
 http://www.npac.syr.edu/users/timucin/misc/owrti
that might give some design info.
We'll be leaving Friday (tomorrow) morning so I won't be around tomorrow.
We'll be back Sep 16.
I'll send you a contact phone in any case you need us.
Also you can talk to erol (I'll give him couple of numbers) who can reach
