1 Like RSFQ, initial demonstration devices of QCA logic will need to be super-cooled, assuming fabrication feature sizes in the tens of nanometers.
2 But unlike RSFQ (from what we know of RSFQ), the smaller the fabrication dimension, the higher the tolerable temperature, according to thermodynamic analyses.
3 Indeed, if one could eventually fabricate QCA devices in the realm of 2-5 nanometers, then they could operate at room temperature!
