Requires video camera and/or VCR and video capture board
Control Panel
Select who will receive video
Start and Stop Video Transmission
Control frame rate (typically 15 frames per second)
Set compression method (motion JPEG, MPEG, CellB etc.)
Compression ratio (quality) control
Video Image size control
Brightness, color, contrast control
Bandwidth monitor for sharing between conferencing capabilities
