Foil 13 Logical Operators

1 Logical and: && as in $x && $y;
2 If $x is true, evaluate $y and return $y
3 If $x is false, evaluate $x and return $x
4 Logical or: || as in $x || $y;
5 If $x is true, evaluate $x and return $x
6 If $x is false, evaluate $y and return $y
7 Logical Not: ! as in ! $x;
8 Return not $x
9 and is same as &&, or the same as || and not is same as ! but lower (indeed lowest) precedence
