1 A VRML file contains nodes that describe shapes and their properties in your 3D world. By using these properties it is possible to describe shapes(box,cylinder,sphere,etc.), colors, lights, viewpoints, animation timers, sensors, interpolators, etc.
2 Nodes generally contains the following properties
  • The type of node (required)
  • A set of curly braces should enclose the node definition.
  • Various fields related to the node and their values.
