1 In VRML 2.0, Script nodes allows to fashion nodes that are described by Java classes using the VRML 2.0 Java API.
2 The whole VRML browser can be written in Java - having a set of Java classes that implement the VRML specifications - as in DimensionX's Liquid Reality browser.
3 Using Netscape's LiveConnect architecture,a VRML world can be controlled by a Java applet.
