2 This is outreach to people wanting to learn new skills and so critical as all organizations redefine themselves
3 Also use in Chinese Universities and HBCU's in the U.S. where we can help faculty upgrade their curricula
4 NPAC will have all these capabilities in a deployable system by end of 97.
