Develop/Apply technologies for collaborative, MPP supported C3I environment.
Demonstrate alternative approach to reuse in C3I development:
  • Not based on source code reuse
  • Reuse is at application / browser level
  • Maximize leveraging of non-domain specific COTS applications
Develop technical architecture that allows for:
  • Interoperability of classical C3I applications with evolving structures
  • Integrates MPP Servers within this architecture
  • Extensible as standards and applications evolve
