This is a replacement for the file HEIGHT.EXE from the HEIGHT.ZIP
demo.  It fixes a problem running the demo under straight DOS.
(The demo runs fine as is in a full screen DOS session under either
OS/2 or Windows, but craps miserably under DOS alone.)
