Please ask a local systems person to work this or you may not be able to boot your system again! Unfortunatly, I do not have the boxes for the Videum devices to know the exact kit, but it was sold as a Pro Kit if that helps any. The model number should be on the camera. Memory areas that are adjustable have a selectable rangs allowed by each device being configured. Just select another area over x300 and it should work. If there is any conflict that still exists, the system will either not allow the change or you will see a message on reboot. It is really a guessing game, wspecially with a variety of devices on a system. To remove the device you will need to go into two areas:
1- in the Control Pannel open the devices Icon
Find the line device for 'imgatapi' and set the startup to disabled.
if this is a 1GB Jazz drive, you may also need to disable the JAZZxxx devices.

2- Next open the SCSI Controler Icon in the Control Panel, click your mouse on any + and look for the Iomega device.  If not there, you need go no further.  However if it shows under on of the controllers you want to remove the driver (DRIVER TAB) for that controller.  [BE CAREFUL HERE...If the controller is a standard dual controller, DO NOT remove the drivers or none of your IDE disk drives will work.] This is a dangerous area. Please ask a local systems person to work this or you may not be able to boot your system again!

Unfortunatly, I do not have the boxes for the Videum devices to know the exact kit, but it was sold as a Pro Kit if that helps any.  The model number should be on the camera.

How do I "remove devices"?
I can uninstall software
Videum has a utility to change memory used but I don't know
a) which Videum device we have
b) which memory areas are free
Please asdvise

PS presumably I don't have appropriate drivers for either here
Are they somewhere I can access?
Thanks
