How I store the data that comes from MIDI in ? A sequencer module ? Store it to file ? or a new memory storage module ? Do you have some good idea on this ? Anyway I will try to figure it out. > > also will you be arround this weekend > > would like to meet on sunday or monday > just you and i > i need to clairify some of the functions.. I will be around this weekend. Maybe monday is a good time to meet. The MIDI out is quite tricky. It has 16 channel. Every channel could set a different program to a different sound setting. Every channel has 127 note that could play independly. That means we have 127*16 notes with independly capacity. So how to use MIDIOut is quite a headache. I coule clairify this to you when we meet. > i will begain to write a paper discribing the neattools porject > you will be co auther Thanks. CareLink is building 7 campuses in 7 counties in central FL ($150 million) to have all forms of post-acute treatment( rehab, acute & chronic; subacute medical care,eg day2 & beyond following open heart, craniotomy, total joint replacement etc procedures; independent living, assisted living, & conventional nursing home settings). My goal as Senior VP & Medical Director of the entire project is to deploy new high technology methods to revolutionize the care provided. There are many other things to talk about. For instance, having had a big interest in the past in the acute treatment of spinal cord injuries, & our parent organization (ORHS) being the largest treating center in the region for these injuries, I should have the ability to raise the necessary funding for work in this area, & am wondering if youhave adaptive technology which may be applicable. Could you please send me any info you have so that I can distribute it here internally & we can decide how to proceed. Some of its key features are: 1. It is applicable to all polygonal models - including models which contain no adjacency information, and obey no topological constraints. The models may contain cracks, holes, self-intersections, degenerate polygons and non-generic (e.g. coplanar and collinear) configurations. 2. It is numericaly robust - the algorithm is not subject to conditioning problems, and requires no special handling of degenerate cases (such as parallel faces, degenerate triangles, etc). 3. It supports dynamic addition and deletion of objects from the environment. 4. Support for mulitple independent collision detection engines. 5. Incremental computation and fast overlap tests. The V-COLLIDE library has been developed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It is free for non-commerial use. More information about the source code, documentation, sample applications and differences with other software packages developed at UNC (I-COLLIDE and RAPID) is available via the WWW: http://www.cs.unc.edu/~geom/V_COLLIDE/ Ming Lin UNC Chapel Hill U. HHS documents on the Web include information on health and social issues, research-related data, and access to HHS services, including interactive sites. For health information especially, the HHS sites are a unique resource. Consumers and professionals alike can find extensive health information, including data which is produced or supported by HHS agencies, as well as links to other information from sources that have been found reliable by HHS experts. It has been estimated that more than 10,000 health-related sites are on the Web. HHS Web sites and gateways can shorten searches and produce reliable information. Major HHS health information Web sites include: HEALTHFINDER, http://www.healthfinder.gov -- A gateway site to help consumers find health and human services information quickly. HEALTHFINDER includes links to more than 1,250 Web sites, including more than 250 federal sites and 1,000 state, local, not- for-profit, university and other consumer health resources. Topics are organized in a subject index. With more than 7 million hits in its first two months of operations, HEALTHFINDER is currently rated fifth among consumers' favorite Web sites on the "Web 100" list. MEDLINE, http://www.nlm.nih.gov -- The world's most extensive collection of published medical information, coordinated by the National Library of Medicine. Originally designed primarily for health professionals and researchers, MEDLINE is also valuable for students and for those seeking more specific information about health conditions, research and treatment. Free access to MEDLINE was initiated June 26. "PubMed," a free on-line service, will provide direct Web links between MEDLINE abstracts and the publishers of full-text articles. NIH HEALTH INFORMATION PAGE, http://www.nih.gov/health/ -- Provides a single access point to the consumer health information resources of the National Institutes of Health, including the NIH Health Information Index, NIH publications and clearinghouses and the Combined Health Information Database. TRAVELERS INFORMATION, http://www.cdc.gov/travel/travel.htm -- Provides international travelers with current information on disease outbreaks and health issues. Includes information on recommended vaccinations, and links to CDC's Vessel Sanitation Program for sanitation inspections on international cruise ships. TREATMENT FINDINGS, http://www.ahcpr.gov -- HHS' Agency for Health Care Policy and Research provides data to help consumers make informed health care decisions about specific health conditions, prescriptions and other treatment issues.
