By now you should have received our invitation to attend the May Telemedicine Conference and to see our demonstration of Careweb. With our first goal almost accomplished to prepare such a demonstration, we are ready to move forward in exploring our collaboration.

We have planned a breakfast meeting for you and representatives from the School of Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania to meet alone with our team. We also have a dinner planned for Monday to continue the discussion or perhaps we could do this at lunch if you can not stay for dinner.

I have drafted the first statement of our collaboration paper and ask that you add to it or change it as you wish.

We are looking forward to your joining us and continuing our discussions.
