Cronjob at sunrise that needs to read log files
(/infomall/logs/logs-ro/..)  seems to have problem with accessing those,
since August. 
At first, I thought that other process was trying to read the access log
file at the same time my process did. And I was pursuaded with the idea
because it happened at the certain time only for a while. (the cron job
does the same thing every 4 hours)
Now the problem is more frequent and the fact that the other cron job at
vega.npac never causes such access problem, made me think that it can't be
other process which caused the access deny problem.

Following is the list of message and time of such error messages from the
cron job. hope this helps explanation of situation. 

Would you please check what would cause the access error?
