Strong Angel provides an opportunity to test the quality of various communication technology setups via NeatTools and TNG.

One of our goals is to test rehab devices and begin to collect transmission data.

Rehab and refugees?  Are there applications?  We are currently researching the benefit of beginning some rehab activities (with positive mental and physical benefits) in the refugee camp.  For instance, is there a need?  Refugee camps can be up for months even years.  As medical delivery is further enhanced through Distributed Medical Intelligence under-served areas will become served areas.  Rehabilitation will move further up the priority list, as survival issues become less urgent.
