Subscriber Agreement for Certificate Request: USFSUX1

Please read this Agreement carefully. Your request for a Thawte SSL Server Certificate is contingent on your acceptance and understanding of this agreement. To do this click on the "I Accept" button below.

I hereby represent that I am fully authorized by FSU (the "Subscriber") to apply for a SSL Server Certificate for secure and authenticated electronic transactions. I understand that a digital certificate serves to identify the Subscriber for the purposes of electronic commerce, and that the management of the private keys associated with such certificates is the responsibility of our technical staff and/or contractors.

The contents of that certificate are as follows:

Server domain name:students.new-npac.org
Country:US: the United States
State:FL
City:Tallahassee
Organization:FSU
Organizational Unit:New NPAC
Software Platform:ApacheSSL

Thawte's public certification services are governed by Thawte's certification practice statement (CPS) as amended from time to time, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Subscriber will use the Thawte SSL Server Certificate in accordance with Thawte's CPS and supporting documentation, published at http://www.thawte.com/cps/contents.html.

The Subscriber acknowleges that it is liable to pay Thawte's certification fees in the amount of 125.0 American (US) Dollar.

If the Subscriber's name and/or domain name registration change, the subscriber will immediately inform Thawte, who shall revoke the digital certificate. When the Thawte digital certificate expires, or is revoked, the company shall permanently remove it from the server on which it is installed and shall not use it for any purpose thereafter.

The person responsible for key management and security is fully authorized to install and utilize the certificate to represent this organization's electronic presence.
