Implementation Plan for CSN Project

The Statement of Requirements provided by CSN will require 40% effort of an NPAC staff member (Paul Coddington) for the 6 month time period of the proposed work.

The cost for this will include Syracuse University overhead charges:

Fringe benefits rate of 36.5%
Off-campus indirect cost rate of 26.0%

Total cost will be

  (1/2 year * 40% time * $50,000/year salary * 1.365 fringe) 
  * 1.26 indirect costs = $17,200

The InfoMall mid-Hudson program will contribute $4,300 to this cost, if the program's proposed funding for this year in the New York State budget is accepted in full by the Legislature. In that case the cost to CSN will be $12,900.
