Staffing

• Ade Miller (webmaster, funded 100% by NPAC)
• Intern at 10 hours per week (to help with content)
• Small percentage of other staff, e.g. Paul, Barbara, Mark, Todd, Roman, who shared in developing and maintaining the system before Ade arrived in mid-December, and are now helping Ade with understanding the system, planning, etc.

Milestones and Deliverables

• Provide structure and content for NPAC and Infomall servers.
• Provide basic Web infrastructure for various NPAC projects.
• Provide Web services and consulting for Infomall partners
