Guy Fauconneau is president of Carrier's North American Operations (NAO). In his 21-year career with Carrier, Fauconneau led several operations, serving as president of the company's European and Transcontinental Operations (ETO), including the Middle East and Africa.
In 1994 Mr. Fauconneau was named president of Carrier's European-based HVAC operations. For four years before that he served as president of Carrier Transicold, headquartered in Syracuse. He also has been vice president of manufacturing for Carrier International.
Mr. Fauconneau holds a master's degree and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where he taught for several years, and a B.A. in engineering from the University of the Andes in Bogota, Colombia.

James Dudas is vice president and general manager of Carrier's Commercial Unitary Systems (CMUS) business unit. Under his leadership, CMUS has become a healthy growth business for Carrier.
Mr. Dudas has focused his organization on quality leadership, process simplification and centralized customer service. Over the past 18 months, CMUS has introduced the first commercial rooftop unit that uses a non-ozone-depleting, chlorine-free refrigerant as well as integrated control options for seamless system interface.
Before joining Carrier in 1993 as vice president of marketing, Mr. Dudas was with General Electric for 28 years, serving in a number of management positions in manufacturing, distribution, sales, finance and customer service.

Frank Hartman is vice president and general manager of Carrier's Residential Products Group, based in Indianapolis.
Prior to his appointment in 1995, Mr. Hartman was vice president of Carrier Building Systems and Services, where he had total P & L responsibility for the business unit and its more than 1,800 employees, including sales and marketing, financial, strategic planning and resource management. Previously, he had been vice president of marketing for Carrier's Residential Products Group.
Mr. Hartman holds a master's degree in business administration from Auburn University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Roger Morey is vice president and general manager of Carrier's Commercial Applied Equipment and Services business unit. Since his appointment in 1992, Mr. Morey has led a turnaround of the Applied business, yielding significant improvements in product competitiveness, manufacturing and customer satisfaction. Under his direction, Carrier introduced the industry's first centrifugal chiller built from the ground up to use non-ozone-depleting refrigerant HFC-134a.
Before joining Carrier in December, 1991 as vice president of sales and marketing, Mr. Morey was with General Electric for 27 years. In his tenure at GE, he held a variety of positions including: vice president and general manager of GE Motors marketing and sales; general manager of the specialty motor department; and general manager of the component sales department.
Mr. Morey earned his bachelor of mechanical engineering degree from Gannon University, graduating with honors and ranking first at the engineering school.

Dan Williams is Commercial Unitary Systems business unit manager, with responsibility for large rooftop units, reciprocating screw chillers and air handling equipment manufactured at McMinnville, Tenn. Williams joined Carrier in 1980 and has held a variety of engineering, marketing and sales positions, including: service engineer; appliance engineer; product marketing manager; senior director of product marketing; sales manager; and manager of distribution operations.
He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in marine engineering from the State University of New York, Maritime and his Master of Business Administration in marketing and international business from Syracuse University.
