Search SimpleBase entries

This is the form you can use to search SimpleBase.

I'm not too sure you'd want to put this in a public place. With this, you can view all the entries or search by state, first or last name. I will be working on this so that you can just use a generic keyword to search the database, but right now this works pretty well.

 

What do you want to do:
Show All Records Search database
If you selected "Search database," please enter a keyword

Keyword: (use states, first or last names only)

State First Name Last Name
