OVERVIEW

Much like a still camera, the Video Tool can create a graphic image by capturing a single frame of video from a camera, VCR, or other input source. This image can then be used in other tools by using the OpenDVE Clipboard, or saved to disk as a regular graphics file. A Communique! supported video capture card is required to use the Video Tool.
