Hi,
I won the Green Card from DV'98 lottery and I applied for adjustment of
status in July 98. The above employment authorization document is given
by INS. My application is still in progress (that's all I can get from
INS). INS will issue a Green Card if the decided number of visas for
DV'98 are not issued already.
