i just read some of the ORBacus documentation, and it is not possible to
use ORBacus yet, since they do not support request level interceptors yet.
they claim that request level interceptors will be added soon.  when that
is true, we could modify ORBacus to use Akenti.

I'd like to point out that ORBacus already supports transport level
interceptors with the OCI (or message level interceptors, if the terms
from the Portable Interceptor RFP are used).

Request level interceptors will be added soon.
