This project is developing collaborative SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) software for education and entertainment, currently centered around a collaborative SVG browser. This is an SVG viewing program, based on the Apache Batik SVG browser, but extended to support a concept of shared windows. Peers in a collaborative session (e.g. an online lecture, or an Internet game) can follow a presentation, or interact with dynamic content, by sharing access to SVG documents loaded into these windows. Events occuring in windows are shared in a peer-to-peer fashion through a general event brokering service.

The shared SVG functions will also be made available as Web Services, through an SVG SOAPbox.
