1. Design of multi-tagged events, event streams and fault tolerant event services

   The document so far in PDF & PostScript format. The present document (Version: 1.7 11/06/2000) lacks a discussion of the following major issues.

   • Asynchronous Collaboration - Notion/Persistence of a session, Deviation from traditional collaboration models (ISAAC, JSDT), Recovery semantics (in case of various kinds of decision models during collaboration) and session garbage collection issues.
   • Federating event services - Federation scheme, event wrappers, event transformation switches (design, discovery and information snapshotting).

   The PowerPoint2000 presentation of my Proposal Defense. For better results run the slide show (F5) since there are a few animations.
