1 Access to NPAC VOD database is through:
  • http://trurl.npac.syr.edu/bart/installvod.html
2 Keyword search is case-sensitive
3 You MUST choose in which field you are looking for keywords (e.g. Captions)
4 NPAC VOD database content is under construction
5 Random access works with MPEG only. H263 files can be randomly-accessed under following conditions:
  • fast processor
  • STOPPING video before seeking (PAUSING is not enough)
  • via links on caption text Web page
