Storage requirements
Fundamental variables 16 times 2 (2-level) = 32.
Total ~130 3D Arrays or 2.2GB for a 129^3 grid.
Difficulties with "good" resolution.
Difficulties with placing boundaries .
AMR will help here.
Computationally expensive.
Current serial version takes days to run on a T90.
Eventual computation will be a ~teraflop calculation.
