ScaleMP and FutureGrid Collaboration Announced

ScaleMP: Creating the Power of OneFutureGrid is excited to share the news that ScaleMP™ has entered into a collaboration agreement with Indiana University to add very large memory and shared memory systems to the FutureGrid Project.

“By implementing ScaleMP's vSMP Foundation on a number of our servers, we can give all of our users access to terabytes of easily accessible memory in order to maximize the amount and types of simulations performed," said Geoffrey Fox, Associated Dean for Research at Indiana University. "All of our user base can focus on their science and obtaining meaningful results, without worrying about learning new and complicated programming APIs.”
