GPU Experimentation using Delta

Abstract

I am looking to run a quick experiment with a single node of the Delta cluster with 2 C2075 GPUs.

Intellectual Merit

Going to do some initial tweaking and testing of the CUDA programming model on the C2075 GPUs available on 1 node of Delta.

Broader Impacts

If this experiment is successful, it may lead to a new way for leveraging the power of GPUs within HPC.

Use of FutureGrid

I plan on using FutureGrid as a testbed for the new experiment with CUDA.

Just 1 dedicated node on the Delta cluster.
