REST services in Python

I was asked which libraries to use to create a REST service in python. There are many different ways on how to create such services. YOu will find a collection of possible tools at

I have heard positive things about

• django

• CherryPy
  • http://www.cherrypy.org/

I have not use these frameworks myself though.

It would be nice if someone from the community could provide us with a cool FG related example. Such an example could include a wrapper for the image generation or the image repository.
