Abstract

A variety of methods has been employed to process medical text, extract facts, and recognize a specific range of adverse events in patient records, but each of these methods has certain limitations. However, text mining could provide valuable approaches to a medical text analysis. Thus, I will apply various text mining methods to analyze medical text.

Intellectual Merit

Since unstructured information is typically text-heavy, irregularities and ambiguities that make it difficult to understand using traditional methods. However, text mining could provide valuable approaches to a medical text analysis. We can propose automated process of bio-medical contents analysis.

Broader Impacts

This study can help not only medical researcher but also patients.
