Abstract

PI will assemble data to produce thousands of gene sequences and develop/implement an approach to systematically annotate these genes based on their similarity to other known genese.

Use of FutureGrid

Using Genesis II software already configured on FutureGrid resources to perform computation.

Scale of Use

Several runs of 400-500 jobs per run, each taking approximately 2 hours.
