Description

The Eucalyptus headnode on India has become unresponsive and will need to be restarted. Eucalyptus servoces will be unavailable during the outage. If public IPs of VMs are lost when services are restored, they can be reassigned using the euca-allocate-address command.

Resolution

Eucalyptus on India has been restored. The instances have lost their public IPs, so users will need to reallocate IPs to the instances.
