Eucalyptus on sierra is at this time not available. Please get in contact with us in case you need Eucalyptus on Sierra. We plan to replace Eucalyptus with OpenStack on Sierra soon.

Resolution

We finished the replacement. OpenStack Grizzly on Sierra is now available for early users. If you're interested in trying Grizzly. Please submit a ticket.
