Abstract

The purpose of this project is to investigate the performance of running SWAT model on the cloud as compared to traditional HPC resources.

Intellectual Merit

We will investigate the performance of running SWAT model on the cloud as compared to traditional HPC resources.

Broader Impact

It can potentially provide an example of bringing cloud resources into classrooms.

Use of FutureGrid

It will be used to deploy on-demand virtual machines for running SWAT simulations.
