We are testing the performance of ScaleMP.

We are testing the performance of ScaleMP, and how it can be used to boost biology and bio-informatics research.

Broader Impact

The methods that we are working on can be used in the entire biology community and are also applicable to other fields.

Use of FutureGrid

We will be testing the ScaleMP virtual shared memory system for biology and bio-informatics applications.

Scale Of Use

We will be using all 16 aggregated nodes in ScaleMP.
