The purpose of this project is to utilize high-throughput computing to conduct statistical genetic analysis on metapopulation dynamics of the invasive plant, Silene latifolia. The programs were not coded in his lab. He requested the help of UVa Alliance for Computational Science and Engineering (UVACSE) in in running his analyses.

- Hardware System
-
- I don't care (what I really need is a software environment and I don't care where it runs)
Using Genesis II software already configured on FutureGrid resources to perform computation
Scale of UseSeveral runs of 100 jobs per run, each taking approximately 2 hours
