Take advantages of Cloud Computing to accelerate large-scale Bioinformatics data processing. Also evaluate the performance and efficiency of different MapReduce frameworks.

Intellectual Merit

Analyze bioinformatic data. Also analyze performance for different applications on different frameworks.

Broader Impacts

We analyze the results of different applications, trying to provide recommendation and guidance for Bioinformatic applications. Also provide feedback for each framework used.
